Good To Know
- iFLY Ontario is one of the most advanced indoor skydiving facilities in California with a 14-foot diameter flight chamber capable of generating wind speeds of up to 164 mph.
- Enjoy two (2) flights in a high-tech wind tunnel, lasting 60 seconds each—similar to the 45-second freefall portion of an actual skydive!
- Lasts about 1.5 hours, including a training session and hands-on support from a certified flight instructor. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your schedule.
- Ages 3 and up can enjoy the safe thrills of flying with the instructor's supervision.
- Flyers must not exceed 300lbs. Participants weighing 260–300lbs are subject to additional evaluation by the iFLY staff.
- Please wear casual clothes and well-fitting lace-up sneakers or running shoes—you'll wear a flight suit over your clothes.
- Goggles are large enough to be worn over eyeglasses but secure your hair in a braid or a low bun to fit the helmet.
- Flying is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have non-removable hard cast/prosthetics, head, neck, back, or shoulder injury, or have a heart condition.
- Flyers under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present to sign their flight waiver.

Soar on a column of air inside a state-of-the-art vertical wind tunnel. iFLY Ontario uses superior technology and multiple turbines at the top of the flight chamber to recirculate air through the flight chamber, producing a powerful and stable wall-to-wall airflow that is smooth and fun to fly in.
Located less than a 30 minutes’ drive west of Riverside and San Bernardino, iFLY Ontario’s expert staff provide a safe and exhilarating experience of a lifetime. And the tunnel’s glass chamber provides the perfect opportunity for family and friends to enjoy the views as you learn to fly. The air flow is totally controllable. This, combined with professional instructors, makes for the most exciting flight experience possible.
At iFLY, you will learn how to fly your body in a controlled manner with the assistance of your instructor. Professional flight instructors will provide you with all of your flight gear, along with the fundamental skills for bodyflight through a classroom training session. All you have to do is get ready to smile because this will be the most exciting thing you have ever accomplished!
Skydivers love freefall because it's the closest possible thing to true human flight. Now everyone can experience the same exhilaration, in a safe environment, in full view of family and friends!
Everything that you need for a flight experience is waiting for you at iFLY. No experience is needed, just a sense of adventure and a yearning for the supreme personal flight experience. The innovative sport of bodyflight is always new and always exciting.
The entire process lasts roughly 90 minutes. Each flight package includes not only your flight time, but also your pre-flight training and gear rental. Guests must be ages 3 and up and weigh under 300lbs to participate.
Please note that flying is not recommend for guests who are pregnant, have a history of neck, back, or heart problems, or a prior shoulder dislocation.

What should I wear?
Wear casual clothing that will fit well under a flight suit, preferably pants and a shirt without a collar. You should also wear well-fitting lace-up sneakers or athletic shoes. You won’t have to change out of these clothes—you'll put your flight suit on over your street clothes. Individuals with long hair should wear it braided and in a low bun.
Can I wear my glasses?
Yes. iFLY has larger goggles that fit over eyeglasses.
Is hotel transportation provided or arranged?
No, iFLY Ontario does not provide or arrange hotel transportation. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the facility.
Is parking available?
Yes, you can park in the lot adjacent to the facility or at the nearby Ontario Mills shopping mall.
Do I have to do the training session?
All first-time flyers are required to take the training class. You’ll get a lot of important and helpful information as well as some pre-flight practice of your flying position.
