What is the Universal Studios Hollywood Bonus offer?
If you purchase a 3, 5, or 7-Day Pass, you can visit Universal Studios Hollywood for a one visit per pass, no blackout dates; use it any day of the week. This is not included on 1 and 2-day cards.
What does consecutive mean?
Consecutive calendar days are days in a row, on a calendar.
Is my card valid all day?
You can enter attractions until 5:30 pm with the Go Los Angeles Pass.

How do I activate my Pass?
Simply visit your first attraction.
Does the Go Los Angeles Pass expire?
With an All-Inclusive Pass, it will be valid for the number of days you purchased over a 14-day period. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass. Non-activated All-Inclusive passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
How many attractions can I visit in one day?
On a Go Los Angeles Pass, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
What is the age cut-off for child Pass?
Child Pass are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.
What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is canceled due to weather or other problem?
While we do our best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Go Los Angeles Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, we know you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook!
Can I visit an attraction more than once?
In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Please reference your guidebook for specific information on each attraction.
Do I need to make a reservation to visit the attractions?
Some attractions will require a reservation, which will be noted in your guidebook.
